Updated 2008 EPSC Summer Camp Information

Clarification on Volunteer Policy

1. Head Coaches and 1 Assistant Coach per team are exempt from further volunteer requirements.
2. One Team Manager per team is exempt from further volunteer requirements.
3. Board members are exempt from further volunteer requirements.
4. Team Managers need to collect a check for $50.00 from each player and turn it in to Trish with medical release forms.
5. Everyone must turn in a check, those who are exempt or have already volunteered will not have their checks cashed.
6. The club administrator will hold all checks until the end of Summer season when it is determined who has and has not volunteered.  Those who do not fulfill their volunteer responsibility will lose the $50.00 fee.
7. The Volunteer Policy will be reviewed and possibly changed when technology is updated in the Fall.
8. Volunteer opportunities will be posted on the web site as they come up.  People can volunteer by e-mailing the Volunteer Coordinator.

The technology team needs 4 to 6 computer-savvy people to do some light data entry to help get the new web site setup.  Please email volunteer@epsoccerclub.com.
The equipment director also needs an Equipment Assistant to help with processing website orders, communicating with coaches, and working with vendors to maintain equipment/medical supplies.  This person will be part of an ongoing committee through September so the volunteer will be exempt from any other volunteering.  Please email volunteer@epsoccerclub.com.
