To register, complete the application no later than April 24, 2004.  Registration will not be confirmed without payment by check, money order or credit card.  Registration costs for the Classic are $120 for U9 and U10 teams or $150 for U11 and U12 teams. The registration fee covers all Kickoff Classic expenses. A confirmation will be sent. No refunds will be given after confirmation is sent unless we can find a substitute for your team.
