Board of Directors elections will be held during our Annual Membership Meeting on November 18,
from 6:30-7:00pm at EPSC offices, 6400 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie.
Members may attend but will need to register so we can plan ahead.

Voting is limited, per EPSC Bylaws, to members in good standing who have attended a minimum of 50% of the prior year's meetings.
Candidates:
Vice President: Jessica Isaak (incumbent), Tom Booth and CJ Strehl
Treasurer: Jason Kleinprintz (incumbent)
Vice President
- In the absence of the President or in the event of their death, inability or refusal to act, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the President.
- The Vice President shall serve as the Club Risk Manager, overseeing the Club's Risk Management Program, and serving as liaison to the Membership Affiliation Risk Managers if applicable.
Treasurer
The Treasurer shall be the chief financial officer of EPSC and board designated agent to provide financial oversight and accountability to EPSC Staff. This includes the following tasks:
- Ensure that accurate financial records for EPSC are kept;
- Deposit all moneys, drafts and checks in the name of and to the credit of EPSC in the banks and depositories designated by the Board of Directors;
- Endorse for deposit all notes, checks and drafts received by EPSC as ordered
- Provide financial report at board meetings upon request.
- Work closely with the Executive Director including regular meetings regarding EPSC finances.
