As a coach, you shape our players’ experience — teaching skills, fostering teamwork, and instilling a love for the game. Whether you're developing young athletes or leading competitive teams, we’ve gathered key resources to support you every step of the way.

  • Coaching Requirements

    All coaches must complete the following in order to be in compliance:

    • TCSL (U8 – U15 teams) background check: completed through US Club Soccer and is good for two years. The soccer year starts August 1st of each year and contact with players requires the background check to be complete.
    • SafeSport Training
    • EPSC Coach Agreement

    Onboarding coaches will receive information on how to complete the above requirements, in addition to instructions on submiting payment requests, obtaining coach gear, etc.
