Open Forums & Executive Board Meetings

We welcome all members to join us for our Open Forums from 6:30PM to 7:00PM. This is time set aside for open conversation, ideas, and feedback.

All Open Forums will be held at the EPSC Office, located at 6400 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, from 6:30PM to 7:00PM.

If you’d like to speak during the Open Forum, please email us your topic (admin@EPSoccerClub.com) and share why you’d like to discuss it at least 48 hours in advance. This helps the Board prepare and ensure we have a thoughtful and productive discussion together.

Following the Open Forum, the Executive Board Meeting will begin at 7:00PM. Please note that this portion of the meeting is closed to members and limited to Board participants only. If no members plan to speak during the Open Forum, the Executive Meeting may begin earlier at 6:30PM.
