OUR PARTNER, TWIN CITIES SOCCER LEAGUES (TCSL), ANNOUNCES CHANGES AND ENHANCEMENTS TO 26-27 LEAGUE STRUCTURE.
Since August 2025, Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Regional League - Twin Cities has been formed. NPL Super transitioned to become ECNL Regional League–Twin Cities
Effective in 2026-27: the Minnesota NPL will transition to the National 1 League. The National 1 League brings together two established league platforms - US Club Soccer's National Premier Leagues and US Youth Soccer's National League.

PLAYER PATHWAY
EPSC is proud to participate in the Minnesota National Premiere League (NPL), the highest level of play within the Twin Cities Soccer Leagues (TCSL) structure. The NPL's mission is to facilitate more meaningful games, reduce travel, and provide a pathway to postseason competition. As one of the founding members of the Minnesota NPL, EPSC has a strong history of competing and showcasing our players and teams.
