2025/26 Season Info

RED TEAM

OVERVIEW

At the 13U and 14U levels, Red Teams are typically the first level team and participate in the National Premiere Leagues (NPL).


Red teams are for players wanting to compete at the highest level within Minnesota and require a higher level of commitment than our second and third level teams.

GREY TEAM

OVERVIEW

At the 13U and 14U levels, Grey Teams are typically the second level teamT and participate in the Twin Cities Soccer Leagues (TCSL) at the Regional, State, or Cities Level.

PINK & GOLD TEAM OVERVIEW

At the 13U and 14U levels, Pink and Gold Teams are typically the third level team and participate in the Twin Cities Soccer Leagues (TCSL) at the Regional, State, or Cities Level.

PROGRAM SPECIFICS

EPSC Coaches are licensed Staff Members

  • Team levels will be determined by EPSC staff after tryouts.
  • Placements will be determined based on the best fit for the level of the team and on the players' development.
  • Games are 11v11 with 10 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper

SEASON OVERVIEW

Players have the option to opt in by season

Fall Season

Fall Season (Late August-Early October)

  • 3-4 events per week (practices/games)
  • Practices
  • 2 practices per week @ Franlo Park
  • Weekday evenings
  • TCSL League Games (May-June)
  • 6 league games
  • 3 Home @ Miller Park 12/13
  • 3 Away @ Clubs in the Metro Area
  • Games played on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday)
  • 1 Tournament
  • These will be decided on by the Coach via a Team Plan
  • Weekend Tournament
  • (If you qualify) FinalFour Tournament


Winter Training


Winter 1 (November-December)

  • 2x trainings per week (Dates and Times will be announced a few weeks prior to start)
  • Winter 1 Focus - Technical Training & Futsal/Game Play
  • Practices are held at Eden Prairie HS Dome and/or Central Middle School Gyms
  • Players will be placed in Training Groups based on age/level
  • Coached by licensed Staff Trainers


Winter 2 (January-March)

  • 2x trainings per week (Dates and Times will be announced a few weeks prior to start)
  • Winter 2 Focus - Tactical Training & Futsal/Game Play
  • Practices are held at Eden Prairie HS Dome and/or Central Middle School Gyms
  • Players will be placed in Training Groups based on age/level
  • Coached by licensed Staff Trainers
  • Higher Power Training - Speed Agility Quickness sessions available


Note: Player can opt-in for one/both/neither of the two Winter Training Sessions


Spring/Summer Season

Spring Season (April)

  • 2-3x practices on Eden Prairie HS Turf Fields
  • Coach/Parent Meeting


Summer Season (May-June/July)

  • 3-4 events per week (practices/games)
  • Practices
  • 1-3 practices per week
  • Held at Franlo Park or Miller Park
  • TCSL League Games (May-June)
  • 10 league games
  • 5 Home @ Miller Park
  • 5 Away @ Clubs in the Metro Area
  • Games played on weeknight evenings
